SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed on our website will be processed within 1 to 3 business days
and should reach you in 3 to 7 business days.
The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be
provided when your order ships.
Please note that in case of any unforeseen circumstances, the standard time
of shipment might get extended, since we use a third party shipping company
for shipping our products , we are not reliable for any such delays.
We share approximate number of days required for delivery along with the
tracking number. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the
products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time, sensitive
orders, please feel free to reach our customer service team.
PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of
damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high-quality
materials to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a
tamper and weatherproof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in
a safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the
package is upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please do not

PAYMENT POLICY
Elyanahome offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We
accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking transactions. All your
Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway
(CCavenue) is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing
industry to make sure your personal information is safe. For any assistance

DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is
returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address
including pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in
making a faster delivery. An email will be sent to you after the order is
shipped and also once delivered, for a complete update of our delivery

In case the Address provided is incorrect , the package will be returned to
our facility and you will be charged the delivery fee
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation request after placing the order will only be accepted if it is
made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued in this
case.

Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated
as return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Elyanahome reserves
the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Elyanahome is not
liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at
doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will
include two shipping and re-packing costs.
RETURNS
We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest
quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products
delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do refer our Return Policy
for your understanding.
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
1. A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a
product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
2. If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received
product.
3. If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do
not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
4. To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and
promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines
that need to be followed.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by mailing
our Customer Service at help.elyanahome@gmail.com
2. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received
product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect
product) along with your order details to (You can mail the picture in the first
step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details
in reference to its eligibility of return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status
within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return
request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product
in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup
and 5-7 days for delivery at our warehouse.
4. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, the refund
process will get initiated within 3 to 5 working days of receiving it. The refund
will be processed in your given bank account by NEFT transfer. In case any
wrong details have been shared by the customer’s end then Elyanahome will
not be responsible for nonpayment of refund. Read further for important
details.
POINTS TO REMEMBER
• Product must be returned with the original packaging, including
the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label
(pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
• Product should be unused and in the original condition.
• The bank account details in which NEFT transfer of refund has to
be done must always be shared in writing or image of the cancelled cheque
should be shared by the customer.
Elyanahome reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product
before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole
discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each
return or exchange request is handled on a case to case basis and we
request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your
refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund
is posted.

MISSING PRODUCTS

Missing product claims require an unboxing video. Any missing product
claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The
customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all
articles from it at the time when they first open the box.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns for items bought on sale, we
do not accept returns or exchanges
Three-day return window. Products can be requested for a return within 48
hours of receiving the article.
